The researcher Vicente Larraga, head of the Laboratory of Molecular Parasitology group at the CIB Margarita Salas (CSIC), received the "Constantes y Vitales" Award for Scientific Career in Biomedical Research last Thursday, December 16. He has shared the award with Luis Enjuanes and Mariano Esteban, researchers at the National Center for Biotechnology (CSIC). They have received the award for their scientific career and trajectory, with special emphasis on their response to the pandemic since they lead, from their Ad Honorem position, the three CSIC projects that seek a Spanish vaccine against COVID-19.
Constantes y Vitales is LaSexta's RSC project with which, together with the AXA Foundation, they seek to promote medical and scientific research as a sign of their commitment to society.
