
The "Frontier Research in Biomedicine and Biotechnology and New Training" course will be held at Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas from 3rd to 7th July from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and it is coordinated by the CIB Researcher, Enrique J. de la Rosa.
This training activity is recognized, with equivalence to 2 credits, by the Community of Madrid, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, by virtue of the Resolution of the General Directorate of Innovation, Scholarships and Aid to Education, dated May 23rd 2017.
The course is aimed at Secondary and Sanitary FP teachers and has among its objectives: (i) the introduction of very current research topics with relevance in health, food and environment, which within a few years presumably will pass to the secondary schools, the (ii) introduction of the new training required for the development of a scientific career, for the better vocational guidance of the students, and (iii) demonstration of the complex equipment necessary for modern research and the organization of a research center.
Registration is free and up to a maximum of 16 students on a first come, first served basis and broad representation of centers. It must be done by sending the enclosed Form / Certification by postal mail to the attention of Dr. Enrique J. de la Rosa, CIB-CSIC, C / Ramiro de Maeztu 9, 28040 Madrid, or digitized by email to ejdelarosa@cib.csic.es. It is recommended to inform by e-mail of the intention, if the certificate is sent by post.
