| Title | Juan de la Cierva Postdoctoral Positions at The Munoz Group |
| Description | We are seeking postdoctoral candidates through the Juan de la Cierva program of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (MICINN). These positions extend for a period of 3 years, with a starting date between November 2012 and May 2013.
The Muñoz Group investigates Protein Folding, Design and Functional Conformational Behavior of Proteins via a multidisciplinary approach that employs a wide array of biophysical and biochemical techniques and computational simulations.
Successful applicants will work on experimental projects involving Single-Molecule and Laser Spectroscopy to study protein folding, function and assembly; or NMR Studies of protein folding and binding; or Computational projects involving Molecular Dynamics Simulations and Statistical Physics.

| Job requirements |
Applicants must have a PhD in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Physics, Chemistry or other relevant areas, obtained no earlier than September 1, 2008.
Interested candidates should have a strong background either in one of the experimental techniques (NMR or Laser Spectroscopy and Protein Purification) or in performing computer simulations.
